Food Vendor Details:

We select vendors on a juried basis to ensure a variety of  foods, drinks and goods for our visitors. To apply to one of our upcoming events, please complete and submit the form below . We accept applications up until 2 weeks prior to the date for any given event.  Our selection process occurs shortly after the application deadline. Vendors will receive an email after the application deadline informing them of acceptance and payment instructions.

Payment Methods:
After you receive notice that your application has been accepted, you will also be advised as to how to make your payment for the Event you’ve applied to attend. Cost is $35/truck. You must supply your own table(s).

Rules for Food Truck Vendors: You must arrive and set up 1-1/2 hours prior to the Event’s starting time as noted on the website.
  • You must stay until the end of the vent.
  •  We do not charge for use of electricity, however you are responsible for brining your own extension cords and any other equipment you will need for the day.
  • You must park in the space that is assigned to you.
  • You must clean up the space(s) you have rented, leaving it in the same condition as you found it.

OUR APPLICATION RULES:
  • You must apply for one event at a time by visiting the page on our website of the Event you are interested in attending. Note: you may apply for as many events as you wish.
  • After completing this form and submitting it, you will receive an email with the information you have submitted to us and a copy will go to our Office.
  • Vendors are selected on a first-come, first-serve basis as well as based on the type of foods you sell to provide variety to our visitors.
  • If you are selected to attend the event you applied for and are accepted, you will receive an email from our Office as well as a telephone call to secure your rental, make payment, etc.

RULES FOR FOOD TRUCK VENDORS:

You must:
  • arrive and set up 1-1/2hr prior to the event starting.
  • stay until the end of the event.
  • bring all equipment, etc. (including extension cords) you will need for the day.
  • park in the space that is designated to you.
  • clean up the space you have rented, leaving it as you found it.
